Polytec's rep was called in to inspect and claimed Polytec would remake these panel's however said Polytec's tolerance on bowing is 3mm over 1200mm. Please let me know if you have them or know someone who do or if a surgeon has recommended it? they are very textured, I heard they are hard to take them out, cause they kinda stick to your tissue, It is also inexcusable that Polytec are supplying a product which is already bowed and is "Not fit for Purpose." They will be in contact. We take exception to patients being distressed and in some cases feeling the need for potential unnecessary reoperations due to misleading information. This of course is not strictly the fault of Polytec, however given that in this case the cabinet maker is refusing to provide any proof of purchase to us, we have no recourse against a defective product. I find this totally unacceptable considering Polytec information under Storage and Maintenance states "avoid leaning large doors,panel's and sheets against wall's or other surfaces, this will cause bowing and may void any warranty obligations held by Polytec.
