I've started with the other provider last Thursday and then jump off to another provider last Tuesday it's been 8 days I'm not still connected with the internet it's all because of opticomm.

... Firstly can I state I reluctantly signed up with Exetel as my new estate has OptiComm. One of the people I called was not helpful at all and seemed to be getting annoyed. 5,776 people have already reviewed Exetel. Went without internet connection for 28 days.. exetel said they would send a technician to my place to fix the issue and we booked a date and time which I took work off for and in the end they didn't turn up nor contact me that they were not coming. The whole process was hassle free. Do Not Sell My Info Nothing was too much trouble. They then told me that the next available time for a technician to come would be in another two weeks time.

Ping is always low, I get between 4-7ms on wireless (haven't tested wired).We switched to DCSI from another provider when I moved house (which was a pretty awful mobile data plan that dropped out and slowed down a LOT).
