TPG's service has actually been decent for me, they've helped me out regarding internet outages around times when storms were frequent, and I haven't had another ISP to compare to other than my uni's NBN. I used TPG for years and their network was average, congestion on rainy days plus they were unnecessarily difficult to deal with. TPG are better than Optus and some others out there. I am constantly getting 98mbps, very happy customer.
