Straight no nonsense service.I had faulty items so emailed customer support, and they were all extremely helpful and informative.

I would recommend 10/10. Extremely poor costumer service i don’t recommend. They have great customer service!Ordered from Boo Hoo recently but unfortunately some of the sizes didn’t quite fit so tried to start the returns process which for a technical reason wouldn’t work! Why charge £5 for next day delivery when it doesn’t come the next day I am extremely angry and hurt by this.

Then being able to just WhatsApp customer services- it’s just excellent. Prices are so reasonable and shipping isn’t expensive either.

The most common issues with Boohoo are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers.
