I cancelled the plan and went with Aussie Broadband who these guys pretend to be and had me on in 55 minutes.... Says a lot about the service and lack of knowledge of basic internet. Looking at the reviews of AUSTRALIA BROADBAND I can see that the 2 are very different. Never use a service with such poor customer service and I'll now go through the Ombudsman to try and recover my money.

Am now getting my bank to dispute the charges and making an official complaint with the telecommunication ombudsman and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
